EXREM10 Series
The EXREM10 Series is a second-generation, rugged industrial remote control platform certified for operation in ATEX Zone 2 hazardous environments.
Originally developed to operate crawlers for cleaning and coating the walls of oil storage tanks, the EXREM10 has been redesigned and upgraded to meet higher durability and integration requirements in demanding field conditions.
The updated housing is manufactured from materials selected to balance tensile strength and flexibility, ensuring high impact resistance and long-term mechanical integrity in harsh environments.
The electronics platform has been upgraded to support expanded communication capabilities, including optional wired Modbus connectivity via RS-485 and Profibus, enabling seamless integration with existing industrial control architectures.
Each controller is configurable to match your application. Ergonomic control layouts reduce operator error and improve safety, while integrated feedback — via multi-color LEDs or a sunlight-readable display — keeps operators fully informed during operation. Custom graphics can be aligned with your brand identity.
