EXITX000 Series
The EXITX000 Series is a third-generation rugged industrial remote control certified for operation in ATEX Zone 0, Zone 20 , Zone 1 and Zone 21 hazardous environments.
Building on the EXREM10 Series, the EXITX000 has been further developed to meet intrinsic safety requirements for use in ATEX / IECEx Zones 1, 21, 0, and 20, enabling operation in areas where explosive gas or dust atmospheres may be continuously present.
Intrinsic safety has been engineered into both the electronics and the mechanical design. Energy levels within the circuitry are strictly limited to prevent ignition, even under fault conditions. The enclosure and label materials have been carefully selected and verified to eliminate potential ignition sources, including ESD, low-energy sparks and excessive surface temperatures, in accordance with most applicable temperature classes (T4).
Each controller is configurable to match your application. Ergonomic control layouts reduce operator error and improve safety, while integrated feedback — via multi-color LEDs or a sunlight-readable display — keeps operators fully informed during operation. Custom graphics can be aligned with your brand identity.
