ENRCA00 Series

The ENRCA00 Series industrial receivers can be embedded into small on-board electronics compartments, to minimize the size and weight of your machine.

Because every machine is different, the ENRCA00 Series can be programmed to interpret remote controls exactly as your application requires. It can translate operator commands into application-specific control of motors, actuators, and automation functions. ExRemote provides development services to configure the receiver logic and integrate it with your system.

To ensure a robust wireless connection, the receiver implements Listen Before Talk and Channel Hopping. In environments where self-interference may occur, the transmit signal strength can be reduced in the field. Up to four remotes can be used in the same location at the same time, and automatic remote discovery at boot makes it easy to pair a different remote with a different receiver. Where wireless communication is not allowed, an optional wired connection can be used instead.

ATEX Considerations: The ENRCA00 Series itself is not ATEX / IECEx or Ex rated. However, it can be installed inside a pressurized “Ex p” control cabinet, allowing use within an explosive hazardous area as part of a compliant system design. Intrinsic safe (IS, “Ex i”) barriers should be used in case of a wired connection towards the remote. With real-world field experience, ExRemote can provide consultation to help select the right components and work with you toward a complete solution for your application.
